Delicious Ribs!

These ribs are a yummy family dinner. The reason these ribs are so delicious is because you slow cook them in the oven in a sealed roasting pan, which basically means the ribs are steamed, in a sense.

Preparation:
- Buy 1 package of baby back pork ribs

Cooking:
- Rinse ribs in water
- Sprinkle ribs bbq seasoning over all of the ribs.
- Put ribs in roasting pan (I like to put tin foil in the bottom to make it easier to clean)
- Cover the top of the roasting pan with tin foil - you want it to be sealed tight, this is what makes the ribs tender
- Put roasting pan cover on
- Put ribs in oven at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-4 hours. You want the meat to be pulling back from the rib bones.
- Take ribs out and cook on barbecue grill for about 5 mins per side on low heat setting. Put bbq sauce on both sides. Purpose of this step is to seal the bbq sauce onto the ribs.
- Serve and enjoy!
